In some respect, INACON GmbH is really an old fashioned organization  that still believes in things like ongoing customer service at no  additional charge. One of these free services is the support of  training related questions. It is common for questions to come up after  the students have returned to their work place. This is no problem if  you purchased INACON training. We always encourage our students to send  us their technical questions by e-mail or even to call the trainer in  the most urgent cases. One of our goals is to be the friend and partner  of our customers.
